Le Crump / Jump at the Sun

from Extended Procrastination by Mawkin

/

about

AG: There are a limited number of environments where I feel like I can compose; it really depends om the distance to the kettle, the company I'm keeping and the weather. I believe the weather has a massive influence over mood and music creativity. I wrote Le Crump not as a piece to challenge the existing melodies and structure of existing folk tunes, but by accident. Finishing of the set with Jump at the Sun, a JKP tune, which was also first heard from Ade, and then later by the man himself playing at Sidmouth in 2002.
